Patient / customer service means to us that patients can book appointments not only within our opening hours. As it often happens that in the hustle and bustle of everyday life you forget to book an appointment with your doctor. With Medicosearch this is also possible in the evening or at the weekend. It was crucial for us that Medicosearch has an interface in our surgery software so that appointments can be entered directly in the agenda or their availability is visible to the patients on a daily basis.

What I appreciate about the cooperation with Medicosearch is the very good availability by telephone and the fact that requests / problems etc. that arise in everyday life can be brought in and implemented quickly.
