Valeria Maissen, co-director of mediX group practice and Medicosearch partner for 2.5 years, speaks of the cooperation:

During the corona pandemic, I noticed how flexible and motivated our partners at Medicosearch were. They tried to put themselves in our shoes and supported us with practical suggestions and short-term implementations – even at the weekend if things had to be done quickly. This commitment made everything a lot easier for us.

Corona brought various challenges. For example, we did not know at what frequency we should book appointments for corona tests. Medicosearch was immediately ready to try out different ways and constantly adapt them to our current needs. This open-mindedness inspires me to this day.

In IT of the healthcare, many things take a lot of time and, from the customer's point of view, small adjustments quickly become expensive. At Medicosearch, on the contrary, new ideas were implemented fast and costs remained low despite a clearly larger amount of work. The challenge during Corona was to find solutions quickly which Medicosearch succeeded in very well. We really appreciate how flexible we are with Medicosearch.
