Nimmt den Patienten ernst. Interessiert sich für die Belange des Patienten, auch für private. Nimmt sich genügend Zeit für den Patienten. Informiert sehr offen. Bindet den Patienten in die Entscheidfundung mit ein. So gut wie keine Wartezeiten.
