Consultation because I have cough since 3 weeks and not feeling well

My consultation with Dr. Francis was unpleasant, I was weak feeling unwell and have cough for around 3 weeks already, so I came for a consultation, I asked for a doctor certificate for one day that I can rest, she asked me if I can go back to work immediately after my consultation. I don't dare to ask for 3days certificat doctor. I am working at an hotel doing service for 9hours a day, need to stand up with 30 minutes rest, not everybody has a chance to sit at work. I am working one day after, I was not feeling well and weak.
