Es ist schwierig, telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen. Entweder ist es zu oder dann nimmt niemand ab. Terminvereinbarung schwierig. Rezeptbestellung klappt nicht immer. Man muss nachfragen, ob was gemacht wurde.
