Blessure au genou suite à une chute à Ski.
Bonne récupération de la mobilité de mon genou grâce à la physiothérapie.
Les exercices réalisés sont vraiment ciblés par rapport à mon besoin. Ça m’a permis de bien récupérer de ma blessure au genou, par contre il est très important de faire les exercices à la maison
