Für mich nicht empfehlenswert!
Gegen starke Rückenschmerzen sowie ausstrahlende Schmerzern im Bein bekam ich schwache Schmerzmittel und Sportusal Gel zum einreiben. Es wurde kein Röntgenbild gemacht. Am nächsten Tag hatten sich die Schmerzen noch verstärkt und ich musste in die Notaufnahme des Spitals wo eine Diskushernie diagnostiziert wurde.
