Dr. HIllert kommuniziert direkt, präzise, und manchmal auch etwas forsch. Persönlich habe ich diese Art sehr geschätzt. Ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass nicht jeder Patient mir dieser direkten Art umgehen kann.
