Ärztin mit viel Menschlichkeit
Frau Serni ist eine Ärztin, bei der ich mich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt habe. Ich habe mich nicht so gefühlt, als wäre ich eine schnelle Abhandlung, sondern wurde ernst genommen. Sie war auch bei der Untersuchung sehr vorsichtig und rücksichtsvoll. Das habe ich schon anders erlebt. Sie ist menschlich und humorvoll und das ist in dieser Branche einfach nicht selbstverständlich. Es ist schön, dass es Ärztinnen wie sie gibt. Ich kann sie zu 100% empfehlen.
