Gute Praxis
Bei Ankuft sollte über eine ungefähre Wartezeit informiert werden. Insbesondere wenn diese über 15min hinaus geht. In meinem Fall hatte es vor mir einen Notfall. Es erleichtert das Warten dies zu wissen.
