Schwierig telefonisch erreichbar. Lange Wartezeit.
Wartezeit. 30 -40 Minuten. Praxispersonal war sehr gestresst und hatte kaum Zeit. Das Telefon hat immer den Anrufbeantworter eingeschaltet so dass man sich per Mail melden muss. Dies hat allerdings gut geklappt.

etwas weniger Reklame für Botox Behandlungen im Wartezimmer wäre angebracht. Nicht alle Leute gehen deswegen zum Hautarzt.
