Die ideale Hausarztpraxis
Personalwechsel habe ich in dieser Praxis seit 25 Jahren kaum erlebt. Dies zeigt, dass das Team erfolgreich zusammenarbeitet. Entsprechend ist die Stimmung in der Praxis ruhig, freundlich, vertraut. Es spart mir aber auch Zeit für lange Erklärungen, wenn die Mitarbeiterinnen der Ärztin mit mir als Patientin vertraut sind.
