- helle, freundliche Atmosphäre in der Praxis, so dass man sich sofort aufgehoben, gut betreut und wohl fühlt - höchstens kurze Wartezeiten, ansonsten wird man frühzeitig informiert (auch über Telefon/Handy) - sehr kompetente und freundliche MPAs
