1. sie haben mich mal im Warteraum vergessen 2. Meine Blutprobe war aus Versehen zerstört worden, musste nochmals antraben 3. ein Termin wurde mir kurzfristig (gleichentags) abgesagt. Wenn Patient absagt, muss es mind. 24 h im Voraus sein.
