Consultation because I have cough since 3 weeks and not feeling well

Just my impression that my consultation with Dr. Francis was unpleasant, maybe because my consultation was not an emergency.
I have cough for 3 weeks, feeling weak and not well. I need to ask for a certificat doctor for one day leave, and at first she wanted me to go back to work immediately after the consultation. Not everybody have the chance to sit all the day at work, for my case I need to stand up and move around for 9hours at my workplace cleaning, doing service at an hotel.
