You can accept or reject the order, with a reason if necessary. The patient is informed automatically. If required, the medication order can be linked to a video consultation. You determine the entire process.

You decide what happens after the order is accepted: Should the patient pick up the medication from you? Or would you like to send them an electronic prescription? No problem! With just one click, the patient receives an electronic prescription which they can redeem in any Swiss pharmacy.
